Web connection is terrible

Worse wifi and internet ever. I can't wait to not have to deal with this incompatent irritating company. I have been struggling for the last 5 weeks and every time I call them they keep me on the line for hours then give me the only and exact answer each time....... Which is to wait another 24 to 48 hours. And NOTHING EVER T CHANGES.
