Shocking service from Web connection

Shocking service. Been off line now for 24 hours, they then tell me to phone Vumatel. Been on the phone most of the day to Web connection and Vumatel. One is blaming the other. Vumatel said they repaired the line at 2.40 this afternoon and send a ticket to Web connection to reinstate. Web connection says not yet repaired. I pay Web connection every. Month not Vumatel. They need to provide the service. Tomorrow I will look for a new provider.
