CellC vs Web Connection: Disservice and service

I app**** for fibre connection. Vumatel. All good, had IConnect doing the installation, happy household. However, March 2108 we have been sold to CellC. WHY??? not to be ask, if we agree, or maybe we want to choose our own provider. Oh well, go with the flow. Low and behold, the service goes down; No empathy, no care.One day becomes three and three becomes 9 and then 12. No fibre, 2 undergraduates, 1 PHD, 1 Master students. Welcome to doom. Sat for 10 minutes, 15 minutes and all these precious amounts of time on the phone with CellC. Not even a reference number given. I am so done with CellC. I have no arears with them, in fact, they owe me. Very fortunate to come across Web Connection. Ricky and Angelo, have been with me every step in getting me back on line. Always available, on the phones or email. Putting up with my frustrations, and having me ...connected in half hour. BRAVO!!
