Break in internet connection
I had extremely bad experience from Web Connection. My internet had been off for 4 days and I spent three days on the phone with Web Connection to try and resolve the problem. They don't always answer the phone, they don't phone you back and you hold on for ages if they do answer the phone without any resolution in sight.
Customer Service is taken very seriously at Web Connection so please put your complaint in an email addressed to *** with "Hello Peter" in the subject line and it will be read, investigated, and responded to by management within 24 hours. Web Connection's Helpdesk can be reached by phone *** or email *** and it operates Monday to Friday from 07h00-18h00 and Saturdays and Sundays 08h00-17h00. If a support call is logged by email please ensure that your customer ID is placed in the subject line inside round brackets and your problem is reported in the body of the email inside curly brackets. Web Connection is a premium ISP with highly trained staff and your happiness is imperative and will be ensured.
