Do not use WebAfrica. Every month they always take more than the agreed amount and come up with silly excuses. My son is doing home schooling, we didn't have internet at night yesterday and still now. He is missing in his work because of internet. It was agreed that I will pay 299 from Nov, but I have paid 349 and today I paid 499 but we don't have internet

This company should be dissolved period. After they tried to fix my line for more than an hour on Whatsapp this morning, I was told my query have forwarded for further assistance. This is bad you can't even call them, they only have Whatsapp assistance which takes long to be resolved.
