Very Poor Customer Help!!

This company is holding my Fibre line Hostage. Do to the previous Tenant not paying it in full. I have contacted them and they refuse to do anything to help. I have been without internet fro 2 Weeks do to this! I Have had to make another plan for the time being!!! This is beyond BS! As the line belongs to Frogfoot and you are not releasing it!!! So Please be careful when dealing with this Bunch of Snakes!!!!
