Unhappy and angry customer 😬

Poor service. My daughter bought a bed in December 2025 and in February the mattress already faulty. Tried contacting the store on the 25 of February 2026 only to get the response on the 23rd of March that the mattres is dirty and they won’t replace the bed mind that’s a lie so now she is stuck with the faulty bed that lasted only 2 months. I would advise that you stay away from sleepmasters because they will chew your money for nothing. Totally ****MERS!!!
