Unhappy and angry customer 😬
Poor service. My daughter bought a bed in December 2025 and in February the mattress already faulty. Tried contacting the store on the 25 of February 2026 only to get the response on the 23rd of March that the mattres is dirty and they won’t replace the bed mind that’s a lie so now she is stuck with the faulty bed that lasted only 2 months. I would advise that you stay away from sleepmasters because they will chew your money for nothing. Totally ****MERS!!!

Terrible billing, useless service
Quite a useless service with terrible billing and customer service. I called in Watergate to pinpoint the area of water loss in my pool as I knew there was a leak. I told them clearly I could see by the drop in water levels that the pool was leaking. I spoke to Justin about escalating charges before I confirmed the job. Very soon after the inspection all I received was another bill with an extra hour of work and more gas charge. I rep**** telling them I could confirm via my cctv that they were not at my home for more than 1 hour and received a response that it was just a mistake. I asked for proof of gas usage and have been told they are now using a method to verify the quantity of gas because they didn’t have one before me. The report was useless because all it confirmed was a leak I already knew with no solution of remedy besides the obvious which is seal the leak
