Watergate Leak Detection - NOT RECOMMENDED

I asked for a leak detection test and report for my unit. I was, requested to pay in full, which I did. They came out, stated that they detected a leak in my Basin, cannot tell me where the leak is. It was stated it could be anywhere which means I must dig up my whole bathroom to find if there is even a leak. They charged me for a CCTV test, but got here and did not have batteries for the unit they stated. I have now send numerous emails requesting feedback and they keep saying they will get back to me. I urgently need the report for insurance. I will never recommend them again. Worst service ever.
