Dishonest company

I called Watergate Leak detection and spoke to the owner Justin. He explained to me the different techniques incl gas and pressure testing. After paying R2240.50 he sent out his team and after using just a moisture-meter, they advised that the problem is not a leak but waterproofing. Waterproofing guys disagree with this assessment anyways. I am still waiting to be reimbursed despite calls and emails! I would NOT recommend using this company!
