Worst service Not recommended

Very poor communication their whatsapp system does not work had to call them to register was instructed by one of their Student Advisor by the name Ongezwa Maqula to go on their website and fill in all the details and select my modules after I have done that I was prompted to pay via card which I did.

Few months later my account is being suspended because of my bill is outstanding which I already paid the full amount via card when I first registered and selected my modules.

Now because it was pay via card I am unable to get a proof of payment they want I have tried everything I can to prove that I have payed the full amount and that the funds was deducted from my bank account.

Where has that money gone???
