Waterfall school of business

Wow where do I even begin? So I registered with this institution on 2022 to study occupational health and safety. Its took me 3 years to complete a course that was meant to be completed within 18 months. I finally completed it amd wrote my final exam in 2025 October 3rd. Till to date I'm still awaiting my results. The level of unprofessionalism is on another level, the carelessness their students is zero. I paid about R32 000 only to find that there isn't even a graduation for my course, we write exams in location far away from where we are based, I drove 2 hours to right my exam in a place I didn't even know and 2 hours back.. When I send an email to ask how long does it take to get my results they initially said 3 to 6 month. After 6 months I sent another email amd they now say it takes 6 to 9 months, it is now the 9th month I sent an email I get automatic responses claiming the query has been resolved which is not. Not only has this delayed my plans to boost what I thought I'd have gotten by now which is my certificate, i am literally stuck even changing course because I dont even know if I have passed or not
