Still have not received refund after giving them their 14 days they requested.

Once again like in the other reviews struggling for my refund to be transferred back to my account, I have to start with a new school but can't pay for my studies because as per them my refund that i requested 9 April 2026 (after giving them 14 days excluding weekends or public holidays) have not been transferred back into my account. The one lady ( i wont be metioning her name as it is not fair to her) at Waterfall school of business is very sweet and has helped me through the process but the accounts/admin/financial department is terrible. If I don't receive my my funds back before 9 May I will be sueing!!!!
