Sh*tty school still no refund

Still have not received any payment/refund back from you, tried phoning today as well but not one agent "available" I'm also not getting even the full refund but its been going on for so long, so to anyone thinking of canceling please do it before 6 months then you can have all your money back or to those thinking about joining just don't, its almost 18k later and the most ****ty service after you've joined, I don't put this on the two ladies thats been trying to help me but management and their financial department and accounts department is so **** man. Hopefully now i will be able to get a call back from WFSOB
