Title: Very Disappointed With the Communication and Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service and communication I have received since Oxbridge Academy transitioned to Waterfall School of Business.

I have been requesting my results for the Internal Summative Assessments that I completed, and I have contacted the institution several times by email. Each time, I have been informed that my query has been escalated to the relevant department and that I should wait for a response. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my results.

As a student, I believe it is reasonable to expect timely communication and access to my assessment results, especially after completing the required assessments. The lack of feedback and the repeated delays have been very frustrating and disappointing.

My experience with Oxbridge Academy was different, and I am particularly disappointed that the communication and level of service have deteriorated since the transition to Waterfall School of Business.

I sincerely hope that Waterfall School of Business will improve its communication with students and resolve outstanding academic queries within a reasonable timeframe. Students deserve clear answers, proper follow-up and timely access to their results.

I am posting this review in the hope that my complaint will finally receive the attention it deserves and that the matter will be resolved.
