Finally got the refund

I am writing this review after finally receiving a refund that took close to two months to process.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to Nicolette and Natasha. Throughout this entire process, they remained professional, patient, and helpful, even after I occasionally expressed my frustration using some very creative language (which was never directed at them personally). Their assistance was genuinely appreciated and is the main reason this review is receiving 2 stars instead of 1.

Unfortunately, my experience with the refund process itself was disappointing. A refund that should have been relatively straightforward somehow managed to take almost two months to reach completion.

The new management that took over from Oxbridge appears to be so relaxed that they have practically entered hibernation. In all honesty, I have experienced more urgency from a parked car.

While I am pleased that the matter was eventually resolved, the amount of time, follow-ups, and patience required from my side was excessive. I hope this feedback encourages the new management to review and improve their refund processes, communication and skills so future students do not have to endure the same experience.

Thank you again to Nicolette and Natasha for carrying the customer service experience on their shoulders. Without their efforts, this review would have looked very different once again.
