Extremely unsatisfied client

I submitted 5 assignments on 15 October and again 4 on 21 October. There has been no email or sms that it was received and that it's being marked On the 21st, I emailed regarding assistance with the workplace assessments no response, and all my emails were read. Followed up on the 29th, still no response

On 4 November, I called and spoke to Donovan. He then asked me to resend all the emails, which I did. He said he gave the assignments to the correct department and will get Olivia to contact me.

still no email or sms that it was received and that it's being marked Olivia emailed and called me, but she couldn't assist me. She was supposed to send me documents, though, but never did

I then emailed again, following up on 17 November, and no response

I then posted on LinkedIn yesterday, and they responded with this and nothing else
