Disappointed, unfair treatment and lack of communication

I finished writing before june and it was communicated that if you finish before june you will receive a certificate but now I am being told I will only get statement, which i have not received till now. I am also disappointed by the unfair treatment I am experiencing, while other students i met during exams have received their statements and some certificates I have not. No communication from waterfall to clarify this matter to me.
