Lack out and no electricity, they don’t want to take court order from tribunal

I had a bad experience as a tenant from waterfall properties that is based in Midrand crown blue hill , agent name is Ouma sedutla . I’m renting a unit at midriver , I was suppose to move out on the 6th of April 2026 . I was referred their manager owner of the company Humbelani Mudau a very unprofessional company owner who doesn’t know how to manage or follow acts of rental property. I was communicating with both my agent and manager when I ask for a month extension for 1month for April they agreed that I can pay rent . I made payment and they now cut of my meter being 7days now without electricity, I was given a court order from tribunal to issue the agent and manager they refuse to take it. No where to be found even on their office at crown . I found out that they are using details of another tenant who is renting from them that is not aware that they’re using her documents to say it’s a new tenant who wants to occupy the unit I’m currently renting . That indicates *****. The company is a black owner by the name of Humbelani Mudau. They switched off my electricity I don’t owe them rent I’ve been paying their rental in time . As a tenant or landlord if you are looking for a agent to help with your property waterfall property is not a good company to go and rent to or work with I had very bad service and they’re ****s. I don’t owe them rent . The manager asked me to sit on my deposit for March . And pay for month of April rent and I pay the full amount, the is a screenshot that is going around the company owner that she played me . Telling my current landlord that she played me they should block my meter number until month end when I move .
