WASPA and MTN allowing content provider theft and ignoring responsibility

I have just discovered that a content provider named 'inconcert' has been deleting R3.00 from my airtime per day since the 16th May. I never gave them permission to do this. I would like to see proof of their messaging to me on my phone, otherwise this is a ********** scheme that WASPA and MTN has permitted to take place on several other peoples phones at a time when we are all stressed and distracted by the lockdown and Covid. MTN referred me to WASPA and they haven't bothered to reply to my email.
