Oxygen 8 / Opera Telecom and Vodacom is billing me over R1200 for some content services via Oxygen 8 / Opera Telecom, a company I know nothing about. Vodacom is automatically adding this via debit order and then just pretend that it has nothing to do with them. Vodacom are colluding with ********** such as Oxygen 8 / Opera Telecom and then pretend not to be involved. I have a contract with Vodacom and don't give them permission to bill me on behalf of their other ******* partners such as Oxygen 8 / Opera Telecom. Logging support calls with Vodacom as usual gets you nowhere, all they do is tell you its not their problem. Oxygen 8 made a sleezy offer via WASPA to pay R330 back, but happy to ***** the rest of the money. WASPA on the other hand don't seem to be bothered to try and resolve this issue at all and are happy to allow consumers to be de*****ed by companies such as Vodacom / Oxygen 8 /. Opera Telecom. I want this fixed asap.

Not getting a response from WASPA here - based on dealings with them to date it is however clear that WASPA's only purpose is to cancel ********** subscriptions, other than that they couldn't care less about consumers being de*****ed nor do they do anything about the ******* companies *****ing from consumers who are free to carry on *****ing from other consumers as they please.
