Irresponsible behaviour for an body meant to protect mobile users

WASPA having allowed a content provider to ***** airtime from my mobile for two months, hands me over to the ********** company JOKER MOBILE, in Argentina, who email me to ask for my personal banking details to give me a refund.

This is doubly irresponsible. I would NEVER give my personal banking details to a company in a foreign country, but especially not one who has already **********ly ****** me.
