********** WASP charges

I am a Vodacom customer with a debit order for my account. I have been charged thousands of rands for Content Services provided by WASPA for which I did not subscribe, i.e. *****. I sent a complaint to Vodacom and they lodged a request with WASPA for a refund of the ****** money. When I followed up with WASPA they said Vodacom must refund the money and when I contacted Vodacom they again referred me back to WASPA. Now I am being batted around between these two thieving companies who have their hands in my wallet. Is this the new business model for South Africa; just to take whatever you want?!
