********** content services charges by WASPA, Vodacom and High Gable LTD

I have been charged for content services which I never subscribed to. I contacted WASPA and Vodacom who were both highly unhelpful. After lodging a complaint with WASPA and stating exactly how their Code of Conduct was breached on 12 points they just brushed me off as they sent a proof of subscription from High Gable LTD which shows that I subscribed to their useless service. This proof was clearly manufactured and this is nothing else than plain theft of which al the parties mentioned here is a part of.
