Worst customer services ever!!!!

I have been with wasp a few month and although the technician Trompie is great the customer service is up to ****. They do not book relocations on time after you have paid and if you follow up they will give an excuse why they couldnt book it. They say that refunds take +- 7 days to be processed and paid, but the processing takes 7 days and then they will give you a date. When you want to cancel sales will try and convince you to take another package rather than getting the process started immediately. You have to follow up with them and when they do answer it is the same story every time. Will never recommend them to anyone
