Wasp is the worst internet service provider in North West

Last year in March 2023. I signed a contract and paid an admin fee with Wasp to get their internet connected to my place. They sent guys through to install a router. And told me I should call them to activate my account and also give me my password. I texted, called the whole of last year asking them to send me all those things, until I had to leave the country in December 2023. Even when I was still in America I contacted them, with my airtime, I had to stay up as we don’t have the same time zones. I got back on Friday the 31st of May 2024 and called them to give me my details so I can have internet access. They have been sending me from pillar to post💔🙇🏾♂️. All I want is my refund from last year, or for them to give me access to the internet. Wasp does not care about their customers. I have never begged people to assist me like I have been with Wasp.
