Terrible aftercare services

Terrible after service!!!!!! Wifi is more down and out then on, when you query on what the problem is they are ‘investigating’ and ‘will update soon’, nothing happens!! We are several people on 1 premises that complaints about them every week, but they clearly don’t want to do business. They are so quick to cut off wifi if you pay late, but when the problem is on their side? NOTHING happens!!! Terrible terrible terrible wifi services!!! If I had another choice I would’ve moved, I might as well cancel my contract because they clearly don’t need my money!!!
