Terrible product and awful service

Purchased an item from them, the item delivered did not resemble the pictures that were posted of what i was buying. couldn't get a hold of anyone for weeks, every week I got a promise of the week after, along with many excuses about why it wasn't ready now that it has arrived, I will need to spend time and money fixing some of the most basic issues with the unit. I would never purchase anything from them again, and would urge readers to do their homework before doing so.
