Not sure why my review was deleted. Bought 7 items from this company Items delivered with doors not properly closing R30k oak cupboard hinges out of place they were supposed to come back to fix and never did door wabbly drawers of chest don’t close

22 May 2024, 11:12Some misunderstanding here - I should have never paid OR signed off for items that were in bad shape, period. the cupboard with workmanship and the hinges are in a terrible state - it's an eye sore. NOW you want me to drop the cupboard off at your premises DUE to your bad workmanship? does it make sense ? Gosh, no. the pedestals as well, I should not have signed them off as they not the picture I had sent you, the side panels are missing. Nevermind that is my problem. The cupboard is just bad, perhaps this size should never been done and rather two 900 cupboards next to other. why are the hinges not correct ? this is what you do, you manufacture furniture. I put my money and trust for you to deliver a perfect product.
