WORST experience with unprofessional company!! The one star I gave them (which they dont deserve in any way) is only to be able to write this review. STAY AWAY! You do not get what you ordered and paid for - cheap timber unstead of oak as requested, quoted and paid for, the worst workmanship, damaged, incorrect sizes… the list goes on. They insist on full payment before delivery, send strategicaly taken photos and you end up with excuses, sob stories, empty promises and furniture thats only good enough for a bon fire. Do not believe their promises to “fix things” etc etc - all just empty promises and lies. Using their families and staff as excuses - totally unacceptable. STAY AWAY!!!! Do not be fooled by the good reviews posted here, ALL on the 28th of June 2023 - clearly posted by friends or family after being requested to do so. Im a successful interior decorator with 24 years experience in the decor industry and this has by far been the worst business Ive ever dealt with!!! STAY AWAY!!!
