Paid Deposit for Chairs That Were Never Made. **** to by Bernice multiple times

I paid a R11 900 deposit to Warwick & Quinlan for slip-cover dining chairs. The chairs were advertised by them using another businesses images. The chairs were never delivered, as the company later admitted they could not make them to the promised specifications. A full refund was promised, but even after multiple follow-ups and the refund period expiring, the payment has still not been made.

Extremely disappointed with the broken promises and lack of follow-through.
