Furniture that became a nightmare
I ordered items and the worst for me was having been excited and new to the area I thought it would be a great experience . i don’t have to go to great lengths to name and Shame but you ruined a dream and it cost me time and money and while they honored the money being paid back well as we asked for it . We are still owed and item and we get told it’s coming well it’s a new week and we still waiting . My advise don’t order you will be disappointed . Expensive our side tables are still in the floor after four or five weeks because they did or for x expensive and the client is expected to pay a lot and then install yourself .

You ordered floating pedestals which we delivered and then after seeing them decided you wanted to add feet. I explained that we were busy and would get to it soonest. After you returned your steel unit, your husband requested a refund which we processed on both the steel unit and the feet.
We spent hours and days with you helping you design and find ideas at no cost to you - even having some of our ideas made by other suppliers and we were nothing but kind and supportive. I personally sent you messages wishing you the best of luck, we have always been here to help and I am sorry that you felt this was the route you had to go knowing me and my family well - we would have done anything to assist.
I do wish you all the best and I am sorry that you felt this was a nightmare - it was surely never our intention.
