Failure to pay a refund, or to engage in communications

My exceeding negative review of Warwick and Quinlan has just been removed, so I am posting another review, which this time will be more balanced.

We are yet to receive a refund for an item that the company did not have in stock. We have tried for over one year to get a refund. Please avoid this company.
