Worst Warranty Ever

I have a Nissan Nivara, I have had the the vehicle for 1 year and 4 months now, we were on our way to PE when the vehicle went into limp mode jus outside bleomfontein, we then drove like that to colesburg as it was like 11 at night, we then took the vehicle through to de Aar nissan the next morning, the vehicle stood there for about a month where De Aar Nissan sent through their findings to warranty solution, they informed us that they do not pay for a new diesel pump and they do not pay for the removal and installing of the diesel pump, we had to hire a vehicle to get back to joburg (leaving the vehicle in De AAr), after no response from warrantee solutions we towed the vehicle back to joburg, the vehicle is still not running (because of a warrantee that you paid for). The people working at warranty solutions are very rude and not very helpfull at all, we have paid for hiring a vehicle to get back up, we have paid for a tow service to bring vehicle back to joburg, and we paid De Aar motors their bill for their labour and storage of the vehicle, which amounts to R15000, I would not advise anybody to use your service and we will taking matters further with our lawyer.

Dear Mr. Long
The claim was reported to Warranty Solutions on the 18th May. Unfortunately, De Aar Nissan could not diagnose the problem, so Warranty Solutions was not in a position to authorise a claim at that stage.
We were contacted by yourself on the 9th of May and we asked that the vehicle be taken to a Repairer that could diagnose the problem.
We have heard nothing further on this matter and invite you to please contact our Customer Service Department so that we can try and assist resolve the matter.
