Based on recent customer reviews, Warranty Solutions is receiving predominantly negative feedback centred on claims handling and contract transparency. Customers consistently mention partial authorisations on service costs, with reviewers reporting that payouts fall well short of workshop quotes. A recurring theme involves disputes over covered components, unexpected debit order increases, and allegations of sign-ups occurring without proper consent. While a few clients praise individual consultants for knowledgeable and helpful service, the dominant narrative reflects frustration with perceived loopholes, poor communication during active claims, and dissatisfaction with management responses.

Misleading Communication and Non-Disclosure of Exclusions
I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of transparency from Warranty Solutions regarding a mechanical warranty claim for my vehicle's clutch. My experience has been characterized by miscommunication, inaccurate record-keeping, and a failure to disclose critical policy exclusions. Key issues I encountered: 1. Non-Disclosure: During direct consultations with representatives (Eugene), I was never informed that the clutch was considered a "wear and tear" item, despite explicitly discussing the issue. This lack of disclosure led to detrimental reliance on my part. 2. Disputed Authorization: I was instructed by their staff (Graig) to authorize a "strip and quote" procedure with the dealership, only for the company to later deny that any such authorization was given. 3. Inaccurate Records: Their Claims Manager initially denied that any calls were made after a certain date, a claim that was only retracted after I provided irrefutable email proof of the communication. Warranty Solutions has formally rejected my claim and refused to take responsibility for the misrepresentations made by their own staff. I have now escalated this matter to the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) and the National Consumer Commission (NCC). I would advise other consumers to be extremely cautious and to record every interaction with this company, as their internal records and verbal instructions cannot be re**** upon. Disappointed by Unfair Claim Rejection and Poor Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Warranty Solutions. The manner with how my claim was handled and the overall customer service provided was appalling. After paying my premiums faithfully and being claim-free, I expected fair treatment when I needed to submit a claim. My claim for a leak in the thermostat housing was rejected because I was told that the thermostat itself was not faulty. This reasoning makes no sense, as the thermostat housing and thermostat form part of the same assembly. Rejecting the claim based on this technicality is both unreasonable and misleading. In addition, my claim for the CV joint was declined because it was "noisy." A noisy CV joint is a mechanical fault and is often an indication that the component is failing. It is hard to understand how a mechanical warranty can reject a claim for a mechanical problem. Even the dealership and the mechanic who assessed my vehicle were shocked by the reasons given for the rejection. In their professional opinion, the reasoning behind the claim rejection was unjustifiable. This experience has left me feeling that Warranty Solutions looks for reasons NOT to honour valid claims rather than supporting loyal customers when they need assistance. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I just got signed up on a warranty contract without my knowledge. I got a copy of a contract with my personal email address and banking details, but the home address and contact number does not belong to me and the vehicle details are blank. I think someone from the company may be signing up ghost customers because how do you draft a contract without any contact with the customer and the only details you have of them is where you will be taking the money from and how to email them? No vehicle details, no signature, nothing?

Warranty solutions is a ****
Warranty solutions is a ****. They refused to pay for my service after they were deducting money from my bank. I had to pay for myself after service but I’ve been paying warranty solutions for every month.
