WORST SERVICE / ATTITUDE
I purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind, well, so I thought. I am now of the opinion that this dealership receives kick back from this particular "Warranty Solutions" in order to push their product. Once the vehicle was bought I had the service completed as prescribed (service plan). In a matter of 6 and a half months after purchasing the vehicle the engine ceased. I would urge any individual buying a vehicle to not make use of their services. If you choose to not take the precautionary measure you might find yourself in for an additional R137 000 that the Warranty company will reject to pay without any formal process. So the experience transpired as follows. The vehicles engine overheated, I drove the vehicle to the Nissan dealership, Nissan sent the vehicle to an engineer for a diagnostic, the engineer forwarded the issues and quotation to Nissan whereby thereafter Nissan dealt with Warranty Solutions in order to settle or assist with the claim. Eugene Williams a representative from Warranty solutions then requested the last two invoices for the services completed on the vehicle. Nissan than proceeded to forward "Eugene" copies of "ENTIRE SERVICE HISTORY" together with "LAST TWO INVOICES" for the services done as requested. Eugene shortly followed with a response, "Sorry I see there is 1 service I have rejected the claim there is service invoices missing". When I have physical proof from Nissan that this was not the case. After that particular response that was the last I heard from Warranty solutions. They refuse to accept my calls and they (Eugene Williams) blatantly does not respond to emails. This will lead you to a fair amount of options to exhaust after which you will eventually have to give up as no one will be willing to assist you once they have your money and all sales are concluded there is no care in the world. I have engaged with the FSB and they are currently pursuing an investigation regarding my situation. Please ensure that you consider your options carefully when deciding on a service provider regarding your vehicle warranty. I would council for you to stay away from "Warranty Solutions"
