Warranty Solutions the worst maintenance plan ever

<p>i have a Mazda 3 which I have serviced on time for 4yrs /90 000 km. At the 90 000km service I need a new clutch as the current one is worn out. When I tried to claim on my maintenance plan with warranty solution I am told that the policy will only pay out on mechanically failure and not when the clutch is worn out due to "driver technique" when I asked what "driver technique " meant they told me that it includes driving in traffic !!!!! </p>
