These people especially Ayub Kajee who is dealing and dealt with my claims does not deserve any star at all They allow you to pay them their contribution up front which I did with BMW ONE NINE yet when we try to claim with my Mechanic who is RMI approved etc they keep looking for loopholes and refuse to pay any claims on items that my mechanic explains is NOT Wear & Tear issue based on his experience and skill

However they go to extreme lenghts especially Ayub Kajee to make sure my claims are refused throughout my 1.5 years with them

AS you are at their mercy you can do nothing but accept
