Warranty Solutions got involved positively
A big thank you to Arthur Tessopolous and his team.<br> <br> I sent my Honda CRV to Honda George to have the gearbox reconditioned. The quote was very expensive - R30 000-00. To my horror Honda George informed me that Warranty Solutions (WS) agreed to cover R3990-00 towards the repair. I could not believe it!!<br> <br> I contacted Arthur Tessopolous who investigated the matter and found that there was a miscommunication on the side of Honda. Arthur immediately rectified things and i was paid out R15000-00 towards the repair.<br> <br> I am over the moon. i can honestly say that the service that i received was out of the top drawer.<br> <br> Thank you Arthur and Warranty Solutions for helping me to an extent that i would never have imagined.<br> <br> Regards Graham
