WARRANTY SOLUTION - Mark and Eugene

Worst Company in the world Mark H and Eugene are *****S thet ***** your money they don't assist they are unprofessional.

How you may ask? A Titanium warrenty was purchased for R17k and now they refuse to pay although the component is outlined as a payable item.

Mark will only hide behind a phone but when approached he will be evasive and say go the legal route. What a spineless response. When you ask what he would do in the situation he literally became defensive. Pathetic!!!!! Disgusting bunch of *****s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't even have the decency to send out an assessor never had a vehicle for a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The part on my vehicle was a wheel bearing that is impossible to service. These I***ts claim that is a serviceable component and refuse to pay although it's a sealed unit and then ask me if I'm a mechanic!? What a spineless Company with MARK as the leader MARK is an unfit unprofessional "manager" I wouldn't even let him manage my pets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are useless and ***********. They claim that their group would never say something but when my mechanic who was RMI approved said to them that the wheel bearing is damaged and is making a humming sound they said I must wait for the wheels to fall of before paying!

Id never even. Refer my worse enemy to this *********** bunch of ******** people. I can't understand how they are still in operation it is actually disgusting that an establishment like this is in existence *****s ******s can't believe people like this still exist and can commit such broad daylight *****.

The worse part is there is not even 1 decent review of them but probably has inside dealings with dealerships therefore the people that sell us this warranty when purchasing a car is imposed into us!

I wish there was a way to fast track this legally! And less expensive because these *****s forced me to pay for my repairs out of pocket and now want me to go the legal route!
