Warranty solution claim rejection

I've been with Warenty solution for three years. No claim was paid successfully with out some type of exclusions or wear and tear issue. My Policy documents was completed incorrectly over the telephone application. I've not recieved a contract stipulating the terms and conduction to date. But they keep ons refering to these terms.

Im well aware of the fact that my vehicle is to be serviced on regular intervals as per manufacturer specs. I've been keeping to this, I've never missed one debit order but the two claims launched over this period was not successfully claimed to secedual rates on the one document received at time of joining warranty solutions.

I feel that this is completely unacceptable and feel that they can compensated the claim fairly.
