Unprofessional treatment

I had a problem with my vehicle and I called warranty solutions, they advised me to take my vehicle to the registered mechanic and inform me that the mechanic should call them. I did exactly what they said and my mechanic did that but now warranty solutions is giving me a problem and I am struggling because I don't have a vehicle but I am paying warranty solutions every month. I am expecting your reply on this matter on the 24 June 2022 . Falling which I am taking this matter to my lawyers and hellopeter, ombudsman and my lawyers
