UNAUTHORISED POLICY OPENED **********LY

This company is debiting my account for a policy that I did not sign up for. You can't even get hold of them to get the proof of the policy request or sign-up. They are *****ing money from me for a policy that I do not know of and I want them to cancel this policy IMMEDIATELY! You cannot debit my account without my permission for a policy that was not sold to me or that I agreed to take. CANCEL THIS NONSENSE IMMEDIATELY!!!!
