Terrible Customer Service ! Biggest **** EVER .

<p>Contacted Warranty solutions in November with water damage. After repairing the vehichle out of our own pockets and receiving an inspection report to prove that the Car was 100%. Tried to claim in March as we had a mechanical Engine breakdown . Was treated extremely rudely by namely : Mark Hutchinson ********** when wanting to claim from the policy. Mark had claimed that there was no service history, which we had proof of done twice within 6 months (more than the normal person takes care of their vehicles) Mark was rude and speaking to my husband with an unprofessional tone, telling him to change his tune after my husband has been so helpful with sending all the information through , an entire 25 page document with all the work done on the car to prove we took all the precautionary measures. Mark kept talking my husband dead and not wanting to hear our story. </p> <p>this ladies and gentlemen is the biggest **** within the motor industry and give the rest of the insurers a very very bad name. </p> <p>i will be taking this to Carte Blanche and also seeing a lawyer as we have paid for a policy that is a ****.</p> <p>Mr Mark, you dear sir , have made a very bad human error- speaking to a paying customer with such disrespect ? shame on you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Cheron Chadwick</p> <p> </p>
