Spam Calls, and Disgustingly rude call centre agents

Good Day, I have had about 10 calls from Warranty solutions on the past 2 Weeks. Every consultant i have spoken to, says i requested the call back, which i most certainly did not. Everyone i speak to rudely argues with me and says why would they be calling me if i didn’t request it. I did not have an idea Warranty solutions existed up until these phone calls started, so i know for a fact i never requested a call back. I work for an insurance company who offers the same product. I have tried trucaller to block the calls, but they keep calling from a different number. On calls 8 and 9, I asked the consultant to get me removed from the call list, and they both said they would. That obviously didn’t happen because call number 10 just happened. Call number 10 just happened, and I explained the same scenario to this consultant, that i would like them to stop calling, and then asked to speak to a manager/supervisor to have my number removed from the calling list, the moment i made that request, the consultant put the phone down on me. I don’t even know what the product is that Warranty Solutions offer, i just know that even if i was looking for a warranty plan, i would use them due to the rude disgusting attitude the consultants have. They are the frontline of your business and have extremely poor client etiquette. This message is to warn anyone thinking of using them, as this is their service at sales stage, imagine how rude and abrupt they will be when it comes to potentially claiming.
