Shocking inconsistent service from Warranty Solutions

Warranty solutions handles the warranty on my JMC landwind, so get this they refuse to authorize a tow from my place of residence after I had a breakdown and was able to make it home safely. I only need it to get to my nearest JMC so that they can fix it under their own warranty. Should I rather have called from the side of the road where i could have gotten killed and not tried to make it home safely? What's even more strange is that they were able to tow from my place of residence in August last year and they have no explanation for the inconsistency. Craig Herbst shame on you
