Took a service plan policy for 60 000km for my polo tsi 2019 model I was able to claim for three services on my vehicle and when it came to my major service I was told the policy has expired non of the claims department can help all of them are saying that I took the policy at 54000km but when I tried to claim at 60000km I was told policy wasn’t active
