Ridiculous - Warranty solutions : False... Promises

Hi I bought a bmw from local dealer in paarden Island cape Town (F20 118i) They gave me a service book with service done then I did the next service (I have a invoice)dealer told me that they never have a problem with warranty solutions but now that I want to do my first claim ever because my car is acting up warranty solutions wants to see invoices of services done before I purchased the car ("we don't want to see the FSH we want invoices") How is this possible how can I have invoices of work done before I bought the car? The dealer doesn't even have it so why did I pay 2 years of premiums to be told it was valid from the very 1st day My warranty expires in a few days are you trying to stall so that I can't claim
