refuse to pay what clearly is stated in the policy

I took my car in to be fixed and now when the times come to pay they pass the buk around on whose to blame but it states in the insurance booklet it states what they pay and what they don't so we're the problem is on there side I paid what I needed now they need to do there part but all they say is take us to court we have enough money to do it well I just think that it is not fair
