Refuse to cancel

Stay away from warranty solutions, i took out a service plan (WS***) with them in this year February, my vehicle went in once for a service, and now i have purchased a new vehicle and want to cancel this particular policy with them, they are now telling me that i can't cancel because i have claimed and if i do cancel i have to pay a difference of R2375.55, this is more than what I've paid in premiums and also costs more than the actual service, dont take a service plan with them because it will now be as if you are binded to them, its like having insurance and you claim but if you want to cancel they first want you to pay the claims you made this is a real pathetic clause that they have.
